Our Engineers design with CADD applications and provide detailed layers of design and documentation. Electronic equipment is often overlooked and underestimated, creating larger problems during construction. This can have an impact on structural issues, electrical design, HVAC requirements, lighting design, window treatments, and the wiring backbone.

We offer engineering services to architectual firms: Our services include building out the plans in partnerships with architects, designers, and builders. Our engineering department designs the electronic requirements for the automation systems in coordination with cabinetry, contractors, and electricians. We design the infrastructure, mechanical needs, HVAC requirements, power requirements, and other issues that may be relevant to the project. This phase of engineering does not specify the exact electronic devices; those will be determined later by the homeowner in conjunction with our System Designers.

We are active members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Orange County, CA, Palm Desert, and San Francisco.
