We partner wtih Electrical Contractors from design to final implementation. Power requirements are defined in the design process, documented, and updated through project completion. Electrical systems we integrate include lighting, shading, security, network, entry gate, and HVAC.

A significant number of the projects require custom cabinetry. Our engineering department provides detailed drawings for proper electrical heat disapation, structural limitations, and mechanical operation. We do not design, build, or deliver cabinets but ensure the proper operation of electronic equipment within cabinets.

We understand structural issues, code requirements, and the timely nature of the framing phase. We coordinate our project team with the framing crews. This enables a collaborative wire pull schedule and correct equipment location for the client. This step is document with as builts and engineering specifications.

Yes, we bring electronics outdoors and we need to coordinate with the pool contractor and landscaping contractors. It is very common for integrated homes to have electronics that operate pools, spas, outdoor lighting, and water features. We extend the control of electronic systems outdoors. This is accomplished by us working collaboratively with contractors. Our speakers blend into the landscape and usually heard and not seen. We coordinate with the landscaping firm for conduit design and trenching to minimize the appearance of electronic systems in the outdoors.
